oh god this show is awesome. Yuuko's got a great personality, the animation is great, the gag is great everythings great I really hope they don't mess this show up since it's this good

I was a bit confused about the ep 2 specially when the guy was like: is there really a ghost?
The animation is just wonderful, the storyline doing great, I just hope now they don't mess up this show

I'm not sure I understand what you mean but the it seems that the end of episode 3 is following up with what happened in episode 1

1) the bones are found in the basement.
2) someone claims they're hers but won't actually look at them.
3) another girl comes along and .. also knows they're down there?
3a) the 2nd girl can see the first girl.
3b) the first girl knows who the 2nd girl is.
3c) the 2nd girl does not see the first girl as pretty but as a black disaster!
3d) the 2nd girl is crying in the same position as the dead girls found body.
3e) the first girl will not go down there!?
.. deductive conclusion: the 2nd girl IS THE GIRL who died down there.

Not really no, just how did you get to that conclusion?!
First and foremost, the "second" girl, Kirie, did not know about the corpse being in the basement, she was told by Niiya.
Anyway, Kirie is the grand-daughter of the younger sister of the "first" girl, Yuuko, as she stated herself, and that was not a lie. This is more or less the reason why she can see Yuuko.
Moreover, Kirie can clearly be seen by normal people without any special condition in place, as Momoe can see her at any given time, so that's just further proof that she is not a ghost.
That said, the corpse they found in the basement isn't necessarily Yuuko's corpse either, anything they say about it is mere speculation at this point in time.

It's too early to define anything. We have to wait yet. This serie's doing fine and we have to see yet how the story will develop anyway.

Tritio: I'm following the manga, trust me when I say he got it wrong. I can even guess where they're going to stop with the anime, too... and it would make sense.
