Ok, if anyone is curious about the synopsis, you can go to this old thread. But nonetheless, I'm going to copy what I said here anyways:
Here's a REALLY brief synopsis. It's about a young guy named Kohei Morioka who wanted to take a picture of a really cute girl he saw in Germany. He then finds this girl and discovered that the girl (named Hazuki) is really a vampire. So then Hazuki want to ......you know.... suck his blood and make him her servent.

From the director Akiyuki Shinbo who brought over the gothic goodness of the Soul Taker and Petite Cossette, and animation by SHAFT who did GAINAX's Mahoromatic and Konomini.
Of course lots of things happened since then. Such as
Kohei went to the mountains to learn that shikigami magic (I think that's what it's called) so he wouldn't be so worthless whenever danger approaches Hazuki. And in matter of fact he has gotten better at it since he helped protect Hazuki from the gothic loli-queen Art's shadow attacks.

Other stuff happened such as Gramps and Elfried went missing (but it's pretty obvious where they went), and Seiji becoming completely worthless (which hinted that the new bad guys are going to use that at their advantage).
Really good stuff. There's been rumors that Tsukuyomi ~ Moon Phase has been licensed thanks to Tokyopop. :?

I seriously hope it gets licensed soon because I'm dying to do a few AMVs on that series especially the fact that there's been significant amount of changes between the DVD version and the broadcast version.

Geez, not much activity.

Well, I saw episode 23, and man there's a lot of turn of events.
Kohei's powers has been released which led him to be scared of Hazuki. Hazuki's "destiny" to be alone because she's a vampire comes into play especially after talking with Seiji (who by the way is controlled by the enemy Jeda). Jeda makes a frontal assault on the gang which led Elfried and Gramps to make their return. Unfortunetely Jeda ends up capturing the gang of which led to a decision; either Hazuki goes with Jeda or the gang will die. Obviously she chose to go with him.
Can't wait for episode 24 of which I heard suffered the same problems like episode 12. :x

Ooooooooh, this anime sounds pretty spiffy! Not too often you hear about a man becoming a woman's servant.

I finally obtained all of Tsukuyomi ~ Moon Phase. YAY!

As for episode 24, it wasn't as bad as episode as episode 12 since the animation was REALLY good in the first half. Then it fell apart in the second half with the same problems as episode 12. Overall it wasn't as annoying, and it's going to be fixed in the DVD versions anyways.

Now the last episode is an epilouge episode with lots of comedic moments. Also most of the loose ends of the plot has been tied up pretty well
along with Art living with the Hazuki and the gang. And did I mention they got themeselves a new house.
This such a cute and fun show, and I love how they mix the light-hearted moments with the dark, creepy moments. Definetely worth buying the DVDs once it gets licensed here since the visuals is chock full of eye-candy! And this series has officially became my second favorite series I've seen (just check my profile). :P

I'm going to miss this series.
