I don't understand the last episode of Hellsing (Spoilers)

Why was Celes like alright after she got cut in half?
Why was Alucard's hair so long all of a sudden.
Why was Integral cuffed at the end?
What was the power limite cancelation thing about?
AND from previous episodes why was Alacard's hair white before?

She Drank Alucard's blood and became a "true" vampire

He unleashed restriction 1

Hellsing was tricked and everyone belived that it was them not "the big purple gay" that stood behind this.

It was to limit's Alucards power, so taht he would be a crazy vampire all the time (even thougth he is)
