Humans have created many stories. Joy, sadness, anger, deep emotion. Stories shake our emotions, and fascinate us. However, these are only the thoughts of bystanders. But what if the characters in the story have "intentions"? To them, are we god-like existences for bringing their story into the world? Our world is changed. Mete out punishment upon the realm of the gods. In Re:CREATORS, everyone becomes a Creator.

Director of Fate/Zero + the writer of black lagoon = something really awesome and kind of weird. Animation is super smooth and the premise is definitely interesting, think of the fate stay night system of summoning heroes from the past but instead fictional anime characters are summoned instead, each an actual person, and really wierded out that their whole lives (including the bad parts) are just sources of entertainment for another world. Definitely one of the top series this season for me.

The pacing is a bit slow, but given the amount of characters I guess that makes sense, though some of the exposition seems a bit redundant. Loving the action though, and looking forward to more of it.
