I'm sorry, but I'm having some general trouble as finding information as to what this tournament is, and how the nomination process goes, if someone could give me a link to the apropriate information, or just tell me with text, I'd greatly appreciate it. The info is probbly starring me straight in the eye, but I'm not seeing it.

On the 'Member Main' page look at the left column for 'viewer's choice' - click that and then the 2004 link.
