Ok, I would like to nominate <a href="http://www.animemusicvideos.org/members ... =28548">my AMV</a> as Best n00b video. (Please watch the indirect version)

I made this video before I ever heard of the ORG or read any of its helpful guides. It lacks any sort of meaning or story or plot, but I think I did a pretty good job on the action syncs and stuff.

ya see, that's really wierd, becuase it says that i'm qualified, and i meet all the qualifications? is there some step i'm missing or something?

Check your qualified vids page and look for this list :

Potentially Disqualifying Factors: (all factors should say "no")

Has videos with blank anime: No
Has ambiguous anime: No
Has videos with blank music: No
Has ambiguous music: No
No indication for all videos in catalog: No
Has videos with only non-anime footage: No

Do you have any *YES* in that list ? If you have a yes in any of them . . . well you're disqualified ~_~

I was sad to see you disqualified Paulo. I was ready to nominate "Do You Wanna Touch Me" and "Funny DBZ" for best comedy. And you for best New Creator, as well as your "Missing you . . . . ." for Best Sentimental because it was so good in that regard. They should have made that point about finalizing your list in your Profile page more understandable. I think that just blows.

They *all* say no? Check the one for the box again - it starts with no, but make sure it ends with a 'no.' If so....

Did you by chance default on a pledge to the site? I know that wasn't listed in the rules, but it's supposed to rule you out of the VCA's (I could swear something like that is on the pledge page).

Not much else comes to mind...

Hey Brave as I said to you in my PM , I don't care if I'm disqualified I was sad just with that double disqualification ... but now I can vote , so everything is alright . . . no wait it's not evrything alright . . have lots of vids that I wanted to nominate disqualified from VCAs

Hehe I'm glad to know that you like those vids , something that I figure
out with this contest , I don't really care if my vid are better than others , the only thing that I really care it's , if I'm gonna find other members who enjoy watch my vids or not , doesn't matter the number of viewers ^^

Seriouslly , I'm surprised with myself

Heh, if you do, I'll join you next year. I would have done it this time if I knew we'd still be able to vote. ^_^

It's more fun, and I was never good at self-promotion to begin with. ;p
