Action, drama, humor, and gratitutious dance scenes are all to be experienced upon a single viewing. And yet, it triumphs over Cats, one just wants to see it again and again.

Thus in summary, NOMINATE TRICKY FOR THE VCAS! Thousands of attendees at Otakon decided that it was deserving of their highest praise, why should you be any different? Conform to the masses! That said, the AMV in question was a great parody of AMVs. Its creator? Not so much.

Sheesh, you give me far too much credit for hatred and contempt of the amv community. In all seriousness though, if I had so much hatred an contempt for the amv community, why would I supposedly lower myself to particpiate in such an activity. If I truly disliked it so much, then I would have much bigger and better things to do with my time than work on amvs.

Besides, even if amvs aren't performance art, the animemusicvideos.org forums certainly are.
