Heh, not quite accurate anyway. After all, someone who makes excellent videos can see a giant improvement - meaning he now makes unprescedented and amazing videos, leaps and bounds beyond anything he might have done before. Improvement just means an increase - from the starting point to where you are now, how much increase has there been. Yes, it's easier for those who start out horrid to see large jumps in improvement, so most see it as an insult. But all it means is that someone has come a long way since he started. ^_^
