I'm going to second shinji's nomination. SarahtheBoring has improved a lot since The Sea and One Psychological Drama After Another.

I would nominate Arigatomyna but she's too new to have improved.

I went over to his site and watched most of his video's last night and the night before and christ.

Well after watching his "Everything is Gray" I thought that he has improved his vids , the act sync and capture quality is way better in his newest . . . IMO
