Please observe the following unique rules for this forum:
  • Please limit your new threads (not replies) to one per week. If you have several new videos to announce, create one thread for all the videos. (Note: if you forget one you can edit your post!)
  • Offsite links are allowed, but you are required to have a catalog entry for that video as well. Threads announcing videos that do not contain a catalog entry will be moved to the Awaiting Catalog Entry sub-forum and will be deleted in 2 weeks if an entry is not created.
  • When posting announcements, it is recommended that you include links to the catalog entries (using the video ID) in your post.
  • Videos that do not contain anime are allowed to be announced in the Other Videos section and are not required to have catalog entries.

Going Digital in the 2010s

Post by mattwo » Fri Jun 01, 2018 11:45 am

Spoilers only for episode 4 of Phantasy Star Online 2 (the video game, not the anime spinoff. The story is split into episodes like the past Phantasy Star MMOs and the PSP games)

Feedback would be appreciated. I know the Ex-Aid footage is kind of blurry (this was made before I knew VLC could convert MKVs into MP4s) and No Game No Life isn't really a "going digital" scenario but the footage fit too well to not use. Once I get better at editing opening sequences together like this I want to then move on to using footage from actual episodes and I really feel as though this one is my best so far.

I might make a sequel to this using footage from the actual episodes though as I already have a few ideas floating through my head (turns out I may have jumped the gun a bit lol) but I want to wait until 2020 or until all of the relevant shows or seasons in 2019 end and the feedback might change my mind.
