anything New and hardly anyone does such anymore ... or do they:

.. your parents and/or maybe someone who works in Mathematica
might still need to run those old DOSbox programs because they
are still learning DirectX 10 & VB/C++ 2008 for Sprites n Game Design.
Granted, this is an ugly solution to an out-of-date situation but, here
is an Old Programmers Dream Come True -- the DOSbox Emulator.
Set-up is quite simple. Click the DOSbox Icon. Pretend that your in
linux and MOUNT C C:\fred .... Alt & Enter for full screen, Ctrl & F9 to
escape the programed emulator. .. ¿ remember using Alt & Enter after
pressing the Print-Screen button in Qbasic to capture the current screen;
yup, just like the Picture above demonstrates -- it works slower than
your first 386DX40 but it "does work properly!!!"
Check it out at the link provided and let me know what you think ^__^
