They finally answered my emails, and I managed to cancel the order. I got lucky I guess. Now I'm off to amazon, I'm never buying from any other sites again, regardless of price. Lesson learned. Thanks to everyone here for helping me out, I would never have known otherwise, and I'd have been out some money.

beware in the used/new other sellers section of Amazon because they sometimes have bootlegs stuck in there as well..

This kinda thing also happened to me. I ordered many animes on a £150 internet shopping spree and none worked. I didn't even get my money back!!
