havn't looked into this, but it looks legit.
if you buy cs2.3 now, you can get a free upgrade to cs3 by calling an 800 number from adobe, saving 200 dollars.
this may only apply to "Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium".

anyone got some information to add? like a phone number, or a page confirming it?
