These are OEM! So this means no included heatsink&fan (which usually sucks anyways). And only 90 day warranty, instead of 3 years (not that it really matters).

.. Intel is now like Cyrix was eight years ago, a dead dog in the market place. I was just in there, MicroCenter, and the stock is really low! I asked one of the floor guys and they said that nobody wants those processors for School Related Computing!
