I finnally did it! My psp7 pic

Ok today i edited a sketch i made on psp7..it took a couple hours but i think it came out alright

What do yall think? Im kinda usin this as practice for the sig thingy

Not bad, I like it. But my only critique for your drawing wwould be that the cut off under the neck looks a little rough compaireed to teh rest of the rather smooth looking drawing. It sorta diverted my attention away from the main portion of your drawing. Keep up the goot work!

Nice job! I like how you made the sword apparent, but look like it almost wasn't there, or other worldly. Grade "A" work, I say!

Alrighty, time for some of dis critiquing:

Original Drawing: I'd like to start by saying good job overall. Its a solid pic although its somewhat simplistic. Couple of problems though, first off you really need to do some more shading as opposed to just contour lines, a good example of an area that needs this is the mouth and nose. They just look out of place to me, I couldn't even tell he was wearing a mask at first, you should shade the whole thing. Second off, the line under his left eye (The eye on HIS left, not ours) looks a little too faint, compare it to the right eye and you'll see what I'm talking about. Finally, the hair on his right looks a bit strange to me, I understand its supposed to be flowing infront of the sword, but it looks a little to much like a bannana for my liking, I'd make it look more like the hair on the other side. Other than those, its a solid work, well done.

PSP7 Color In: Interesting.... And a wee bit on the abstract side. A nice first attempt, but I don't really like the messyness of the background. Too many effects. Like RANMA said, the cut off is WAY too rough, you should take ye olde eraser and set it to horizontal with hardness at 1 and size at 255, the click once slighly below the cut off and you should get a nice fading effect. This is of course assuming that the Face is on a seperate layer from the bg. Also get rid of the sunburst in the bottem right, the rays are unappealing. If you want a better effect use lights instead. The ripple is cool, well played. I don't like what you did with the sword and the hair, they're way to faded out, at least lighten them a bit. All in all, not bad for a first try, but not exceptional either.

Whoops, just realised something, made me feel really stupid. What I thought was the hair on the right is actually part of the sword, forget what I said about it, my bad.
