I just signed up today...and I was wondering if anyone can tell me about the site...

How can something be new if it came from something else?

Hmm, what's there to tell? This is Anime Music Videos.org and it's meant to be a catalouge of every AMV ever made. Well, that's the theory, and in practice it is working quite well.
The forums here are more or less just an offshoot of the site for creators to hang out, talk about anime and AMVs, technical stuff, and the like. Of course that's not entirely the case anymore but <shrug>.

Welcome to the org.

And a quick question: Did you get that name from Getter Robo?

Well, welll, well...not exactly the response I was looking for...but you do have a point---not everyone is the same. What I meant is, for example, "How can two peas in the same pod be different if they came from the SAME pod." I didnt mean it towards people that much...

Oh yeah, my name (Saotome321) came from Ranma Saotome, and the 321 came from this quote...

Ohhh, and the 'Everyone is not the same as you...' is my sig, it wasn't part of my post. I put it on there because of some happenings on the forum a while back.

Hello Saotome321. Yup, this is one big AMV catalog, with lots of great other stuff. Journals, forum, opinions and memberships! It's also a great way to get to know one another. Well, I hope you enjoy your time here, I know I have.
