Like, Megatron being upgraded to Galvatron? That was some cool shit.... I'm gonna get the Transformers Movie DVD and make an AMV with it. Tchinically it is anime, coz Toei had something or other to do with it...

And even though it's not anime it did spawn animes, so it's close enough...
