Crappy standardized tests

I'm taking the PSAT tomorrow, so wish me luck. I know it isn't the biggest and baddest of the tests, but there are lots of scholarships to be had if you gain national merit. Well, good night and see you tomorrow.

The PSAT really only matters if you are a junior. If you're a sophmore, it's likely to say that you need to practice unless you are exceptionally good in one area. For juniors you get a chance at a nice (still cheap on their part, but it's money so who cares?) scholarship. I got a 1270 on my SAT, 29 on my ACT. Good luck!

1270 on SATs!

Mine just sucked since I got a 1070 on my second try (before it was a 1000).

Anyway PSATs are practically nothing of importance except for that National Merit Scholarship. It just shows your "range" of what score you might get if you took the SATs.

But I heard that the SAT is harder for internationals or something.

Either way, ST's are useless.

well i took the psat last week. i dont know what i got yet but in this sat prep class i have i usaly get a 500-600 on math and 400-500 on english. i suck so much

The PSAT/SAT are completely useless(from the standpoint of testing potential college success) tests. Their only purpose is to guage how good you are at taking the SAT. Course doing well on them convinces colleges that you'll do well at their school, as well as open you up to a whole slew of scholarships and whatnot. I wish you luck with it!

I just took the psat. That think sucks ass. I thought is was the lamest shit ever. I hope I got a good score on it though.
