I would add a span and correct the %'s to the left side navi so that when the window isn't as big it adjuss accordingly, so no need for the scrollbars.

What sucks:

a) I don't like frames. It's distracting.
b) Change your font. No matter your *cool* it might look being in italics, you want peopel to read it, and i for one find it distracting as well.
c) Cosmetics involve partially naked girl, negative points here.

wow, you like the fact that he's hosting it on a box with a changing IP address and using dyndys to jury-rig it(hey, i'm saying it in a nice way).

black sites rule I think. so easy on the eyes as long as text isn't red or some crazy color.
