Well, my biggest problem is that it also stoled all my money aside from the time.

yea, school took all my money too ... fucking kunt twats. But any ways what time do you get up at? In grade 9 i had a fucked up bus route in the morning. I used to have to wake up at 5:30 so i can get redy for school. I did that for about 4 months, then they fixed the route and i only had to get up at 6:30. this summer i had toget up at 4 to go to work for about 2.5 weeks. So it can't be that bad whatever yoru doing.

nor neccesarily ... you just need to get a routine going ... once you get used to it you'll be fine. I never got used to 4 am, but if i kept doing it i would have been able to wake up fine at 4 after going to bed at 11:30. But more sleep can make you feel evengroogier in the morning. when you sleep your body regenerates damaged nerve tissue, if you sleep too long you regrow too much. if you have too much it's an extra strain to power all the nerves, so you feel tired. Well at least thats the explination i was given. It may or may not be right.

i get up at 6am. but i try to fall asleep by at lates 12 but i find that i cant so i just star into my celling for like 2 or 3 hours so i really only get like 3 or 4 hours of sleep i will adjust to my new schedule but it will not be easy or fun

If I sleep over 10 hours, it's harder for me to get up. So based on Propyro's explanation, scientist probably say that you should try to get a least 10 hours of sleep because of the tissue issue.... haha.. I rhymed :). Anyway, I went to bed on mondat night at 1am(I had to watch inuyasha and blue gender of course..), I got up at 7am, Last night, I barely was able to stay up to 11pm. You should try to go for 8, maybe 9 hrs of sleep, go to bed at 9pm or 10pm, depending on what time you get up.
