My problems with ADV............bastards........

Hmm, 4 times, 4 times is the number, not 3, not 5, but 4, 4 times i have emailed them on various issues, and never once have they replied....... the bastards, i must have a least 15 adv titles (DVD), and this is how im treat???

Anyone else have this problem?

ADV doesn't repond much to their otaku@advfilms.com address. i'll assume that that is the address you have been using.

With ADV it is better to call them.

Big deal, you have 15 dvds from them. You are not special in their eyes. I have news for you.. the customer is NOT always right in a corprate world, which is what we live in. Get over yourself, there's always someone else out there and for every customer they lose, they gain 3 more. I guarentee if you pull that additude, you'll get jack shit from ANY company.
