Beating someone up shouldn't change their behavior, and if it does, the one beating that person is to one in need of an attitude adjustment.

Beating each other up is a bonding ritual. It has nothing to do with changing behavior. They are confirming their bonds as brothers and men. It is something that sissy girls will never be able to understand, so stop talking.

It makes no sense at all. I am not a sissy girl,and you have no valid reasons to support fighting. Brothers can bond over fishing, or golf, or hockey, or football, or any other thing they like.

Heh, I know exactly what you mean. My brother's got such a pikey attitude and sounds similar to your brother, also 13, yet even with a broken back I can take him on one handed, heh.
