why?

Due to a failure to follow our policies you have been banned from downloading the art that deviantART has to offer. If you feel that you are receiving this in error then most likely that is due to someone that utilizes the same ISP getting banned. Ensure that you thank them for not allowing you to view the wonderful creations that deviantART has to offer.

due to circumstances beyond his control, SpPanda's new account has been stripped away from him. we'd like to note at this time that we can acknowledge that he did in fact follow the rules accordingly... still the administration feels the panda is still a threat. we at animemusicvideos.org can feel the fair play among the members.

sucks.

Oh come the fuck on. He was acting well enough! Why didn't they just act like the police and bust him as soon as he did a small violation?
