I've been in schools here, and your generalization is complete bull. ure there ARE teachers that have trouble with english. But if they have the job, they CAN speak it. And, the amount of teachers that have real trouble speaking english, are probably equal to the amount of teachers that molest students. the numbers are so low it's not even funny. You stated that southern california is now northern mexico, most of the teachers are illegal immigrants, and none of them can speak english. you're a fucking moron, just give up.
