Having never attended grade schools in Southern California, I can't comment on whether or not all of the teachers can actually speak English there, but to get certified to teach in a state, there are certain qualifications you have to pass such as SPEAKING ENGLISH. This doesn't mean that English is necessarily their first language or that they might not have a heavy accent, but still, I think not being able to speak english at all is grounds for dismissal. What schools in Southern Cali are you referring to Cat?

Also, using an IQ test score as a rationale for winning an argument instead of using solid logic and reasoning is kind of...I don't know...ironic?

I wont say the School, ( I shall maintain my right to anonimity.) but the class and teather are fine by me. 9th grade math, Mr. Para (do not know if I spelled his last name right.) His spanglish was so freaking garbled that noone could understand him, Everyone literaly slept through his classes, adn the ones that didn't spent the whole time waking other people up. But to be honest, it didn't matter much that I couldn;t understand him, since he couldn't understand any of the english speaking students either. As for the School.
