but only 2 talk....kinda stupid... there's 38889 users...i think only 1000 are active though.

most of the people that are on at any one time are not in OT or WOT.
They tend to stick to helping people in the video and software forums and talking in the anime forum.

I would guess the same. Too many members who sign up, and (by the looks of it) have done nothing.
