Chef was from New Orleans, and was actually a chef. He wanted to be a saucier, but went into the Navy instead. He took Martin Sheen into Cambodia to kill Marlon Brando. Chef killed a lot of people on the way.

Chef, you reign high, but you cannot hope to reign as high as Chef, the would be saucier!
