I knew that. But you can't prevent me from being idealistic or publicly expressing my opinions regarding language... and anyways, I'm a linguistics whore... err, student.

We got to study all those words in class. And say them out loud. Repeatedly.

I know, we are a bunch of bloody legends....well I'm british (welsh, not english) living in australia, here for like....17 years last count....But I can still take credit for their achievements.

Interesting Facts About Australia
1. After claiming independance from britain 100 years or so ago, Australia is still a monarchy, therefore is still part of British Sovereignty!

2. Ned Kelly, who was hailed as an "Australian Hero", was not Australian. He was Irish.

3. Australia was colonised in 1770-something, by captain cook and his ship full of---British Convicts. So this is a criminal country.

Oh, I do enjoy irritating the "natives" with that, even though white man really has no place here...all us whiteys need to stop stealing things. The spanish nicked amerca (Marco Polo was spanish wasn't he?), so did the English. The English stole Australia, and before that, the Saxons stole the British Isles and became the English.
