Indeed it is. The other two are traditional cement gravity dams, though Blue Mesa is rather nifty as it has an over the top spillway, which you don't see all to often in dams of its size.

Wyoming is not well noted for its karst topography, so spelunking oportunities have been rather rare for me.

Neither is my hometown.

But I did manage to see some awsome caverns in "Villa de Leyva". You know, having to drag yourself through muck and guano-filled crevices... then finding an underground stream... It doesn't get any better than that.

And bats are really, really cute. Especially when someone in your group screams, disorients the hell out of them, sends them all flying around you, and they fly into your face... SMACK!.

Speaking of which, I once stumbled into an underground "nursery".... hundreds of tiny bats... al looking at you with their cuuuute little eyes... awwww.

My friend caught a bat when fly fishing at dusk

But he couldn't catch any fish

Hoover has a nice collection of hats and, for some reason, shoes (?) that are recovered from the lower deck after they are lost by tourists. The hats make sense, being blown off by the wind or falling from people's heads when they gaze over the side, but even I was at a loss for the shoes.
