I USED to be Christian, up until about three years or so ago. Once I left home, I started thinking for myself instead of just following routine. Nowadays, I'm really not much of anything religiously. I think there is some form of afterlife, but I don't really follow any particular set of religious beliefs (I think many of them are bull personally). The word for me is, I believe, agnostic. We believe in the existence of a diety or dieties, what one could call "God" if they so desired, but not religion, to sum it up very concisely.
One of my old bibles once called agnostics evil... ::is evil::.
BTW, another interesting point that I feel like throwing out is that if there is a "God", I personally believe that it's female, not male, if it's even any gender at all.
But that's me.

I say there must be some sort of God. I find it funny the way scientists say that we came out of nonliving matter. Technicaly isn't that considered spontanious generation?

So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab

Anyway my friend told me the other day I was agnostic. So mabye I am. Though I do believe that we evolved from nonliving matter (or those amino acid things).

I believe that anyone speaking of god as a personal, living, feeling, and distinct being has completely lost the sense of what God once was. The finite cannot comprehend the infinite, and vice versa. God is not a being which can be angry, be male, be, feel, or have. He is not a he or it at all, "God" is not a thing or being which takes on dualistic qualities, but all that is and the principle first cause that was. "he" or "it" is the sum total of all existance, the spark of life in every atom and the will of all existance to be and exist.
