wtf i cant sleep couse school starts so damn early

damn it's 1 A.m. here on the east coast right now and i have to get up at 5:30, and i have to read 40 pages of chemistry, and write 3 pages for a world civ project by 1st pd.......Man i think i'm royaly fucked. :x

I have a problem. If I try to goto sleep early. I have this feeling that I am "missing out" on something and I won't be able to sleep. It's just odd. Hmmm :p

Well, this is exactly what my sleep-problem is! ALthough I am pretty much used to sleeping only 4-6 hours a night, I am bound to be tired when I am in school/at work. Don't know why, maybe it's the genes :wink:

But there's nothing better than a little nap in a boring school lesson ^_^

Wake up early go to sleep early thats the best way.... you need 8 hours of sleep a night and the best time for sleep is before midnight so my suggestion to you, go to sleep at four in the afternoon, wake up @ 2 and begin your day fr there.

Anyway, I went to bed on mondat night at 1am(I had to watch inuyasha and blue gender of course..), I got up at 7am, Last night, I barely was able to stay up to 11pm. You should try to go for 8, maybe 9 hrs of sleep, go to bed at 9pm or 10pm, depending on what time you get up.


same here Summanaro, every since school began ive been staying up for inuyasha and blue gender, not cool, cause i have to get up at 6:30 for school. but i have found some blank tapes hehe so bring on the sleep, no more headaches! I also should really stop this ill put it off until i feel in the mood to do it phase its getting pretty bad. ill go on my computer afterschool and like ill look back at the clock and itll be like 9 , oh shit i have a "name of assignments" due tomorrow, crappo. and since i zone out constantly especially when im tired it takes me even longer to do it and then somehow 5 min later it seems to be 12 and im finished so i decide why not watch inuyasha and blue gender since it is on hehe. We watched a video on being sleep deprived in health , i was like falling asleep to the video, pretty funny, but my health goal is to get more sleep. at least go to bed at 10 i hope.

i also do my hw at like 9 or 10 at night. i find it easyer becouse i can think clearer. im a night person
