I've known a couple peope, usually dummyhead people, who change their e-mail or their s/n / nick / handle almost every other day.

So this is your que to say "Oh, I'll keep my current one". Do you actually get any e-mail? If not then there is no point in having a e-mail address in the first place, thus you shouldn't change your e-mail, because you won't get any there either and the whole idea behind e-mail is lost. It's for electronic messages, not for telling someone that your e-mail is "BLUEDRAGON2003@AOL.COM".
