First off I would like to say hello to my AMV Brotheren and I salute you all for your fine works of art.., Next I would like to know how to upload AMVs that I have created onto the site for others to DLGuess thats all for now

Welcome.

In regards to hosting your vids, you will need to either pay for some hosting from a webhost (Check the General AMV forum, there should be a sticky thread concerning that subject), or wait for the Golden Donut (check the Golden Donut forum for information and updates).
