Has editing become more or less fun?
I was thinking about this tonight while I started a new project (that I most likely won't finish), and the thought was basically if I'm having more or less fun compared to when I first began. To be honest, I'm not completely sure myself; I feel like I have just as much fun, but I have less of it. While that doesn't really make sense, what I mean is that when I have fun, I have just as much fun as when I started, but those moments don't seem to come around as often as they did before.
I think that most of the time I have fun is when I can edit the project how I envisioned the song to work with the anime in my head, if that doesn't happen I'll just edit with that "eh" feeling to it.
So basically, are you having more or less fun compared to when you started editing and why?

I think I am now experiencing a new type of fun? I'm currently starting realize different things that I can do with my editing that's making me enjoy the editing process a lot more now. It's just a matter of finding time for it now D;

I am having less fun. I haven't created an "amv" in 2 years and probably won't make one anytime soon.
I like to edit every so often, but I really have no care for editing anymore.
I did start to have fun editing when I got my external back 2 months ago [edited a couple of things], but the adrenaline is gone now.

I have more fun with each new editing session. Since I've been doing for so long, I've really started to get a handle on what I like to see.

It's not the work that's fun, it's the result. The trick is using that anticipation of the result to motivate you with excitement so the work seems masked by fun in your memory.

Less.
Giving a damn about the product makes the editing process less fun. However, the pride I feel after releasing a video has increased.

The joy and wonder as I open premier to start work and finish work that I once had when I started is gone.
I still enjoy the process of putting a video together and watching the final product and knowing what I did to get there fills me with pride and enjoyment.
If it's become more fun, it's really just because I've made more videos.
