I am trying too make a Teen Titans AMV, But I would like a new song too do it with
My music intrest is Evanesance, stuff like that, paramore even, (You say Miley Cyrus, I say Linkin park:P)

But What I want, is a Female band, a new Female band, that I haven't heard of, Please suggest some songs

How about you skip your proposed bands and instead go for ones that haven't already been used by a thousand other people? Like say, Lacuna Coil, In This Moment, or even Nightwish.

Hell, go classic rock by using Heart or Pat Benatar.

Unfortunately Teen Titans isn't considered anime here. Just a cartoon done in a vaguely anime style. If you want to upload or enter and amv here, I recommend you use naruto or some other anime that you like.

As for bands, you could try some of emilie autumn's vocal stuff. Tatu has a more electronic style, but still fits well within your requirements. Jem's always nice to listen too. You could try the Agonist if you're willing to use metal. I must admit I don't know many traditional bands with female leads that aren't completely overused off the top of my head.
