I am looking for scenes with futuristic technology shown in anime (Like factories or mecha or advanced weaponry)

Evangelion has scenes of them testing the Evas and there was that nuclear powered mecha.
Ghost in the Shell series
Eureka Seven has the development of the Nirvash

Your request is pretty broad if it encompasses stuff beyond factories. Practically every sci-fi anime series has scenes that show advanced technology. Especially series that take place in space or show alien races. The appearance of pilot-able mecha is itself seeming to fit your request. Even stuff like Saikano would qualify.
