Need simple specific dynamic scene

I am working on a monumental AMV and I NEED a simple scene where a girl gradually raises her head to the camera which is not elevated over her. The distance can’t be too close but at least half her body is seen. Please

… I need this scene and it will already take about 2 weeks with about 12 hours a day to finish it

. No I am not exaggerating. Help would be awesome and appreciated

nothing specific comes to mind, but you'll probably find what you want in something along the lines of Ah! My Goddess, Air, Kanon, Clannad, Love Hina, etc...

Shinkai's works may be worth looking through as well

Is there a specific genre that you want to lean towards? Extravagant costumes, etc...? Is it okay if it's not a gradual, but you slow down the footage to meet timing requirements?

Nope, I don't want to use a character with a fancy costume. Something simple so I can redesign it by rotoscoping each part of the clothing and other stuff. Well, I can slow it down but you know it chops it up depending on the length. I just need about 2-2.5 seconds of it.

Mamimi from Fooly Cooly in episode 2 does that but it shows her whole body first as she starts to turn and then a close up of her head and shoulders as she raises her head slowly. She's also kinda looking over her shoulder. It's a little after the middle I think when Naota sees her in the river. Dunno if that's what you're looking for but it came to mind. I'll keep an eye out as well.

Thanks but the rise of the head needs to be perfectly symmetrical and just a really plain character. Wow, finding this scene was harder than I thought.
