Alan's Psychedelic Breakfast

There's this one track on Pink Floyd's album "Atom Heart Mother", which is kind of an instrumental with just a voice over track and no real vocals. The voice over was provided by the band's road manager, Alan Stiles. There's alot of fan made videos of it on YouTube. I don't mean fan videos that consist of pre-existing footage, I mean their own footage that was made to match the song. I have AMV on my mind here. We need an AMV equivalent for those fan-made videos. Although I don't know how you could make a whole AMV centering around somebody having breakfast. Won't hurt to try though. This is all the dialogue heard on the song:


This dialogue is from the first part of the song, which is called Rise And Shine:

Oh, um, flakes, oh...
Then, uh, I don't know, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes,
Toast, coffee.
Marmalade, I like marmalade.
Marmalade, I like marmalade.
Porridge is nice,
Any cereal, I like all cereal.

Followed by beautiful keyboards by Rick Wright (R.I.P.)

And then the second part, Sunny Side Up starts with this dialogue:

Breakfast in Los Angeles,
Macrobiotic stuff.

Followed by David Gilmour playing his guitar. Then there's the last part, Morning Glory, with this dialogue:

I don't mind the barrow,
I like burying the stuff in.
No, I've got a terrible back.
When I work, it hurts me.
Do you know Elton John?
Why he sort of a...
When drivin' on the radio to sleep,
Getting ready for a gig.
I don't know.
He does that electrical stuff;
I can't follow that.

Then music begins playing which is by the whole band. While the music is playing, a repeat of the dialogue from Rise and Shine is played. After the music ends, you hear Alan say "My head's a blank", then some more noises, a car driving off, then the song ends with the water dripping from the beginning of the track. I'm explaining this track the best I can. You'd have to listen to it to get what I mean.
