I haven't done a video in awhile or one involving more than one anime how do videos fair with cell and digital animation used in them or should I stick to one style of art.
Or am i just thinking too hard lol

It depends largely on what you are planning. Usually for fun, upbeat, dance videos, it doesn't matter. For dramas, it might...

if you are talking about mixing 3-d cgi with 2-d "traditional" animation - I'm not a huge fan of this unless it's done well and it's all really a matter of preference...
or are you like saying using a bunch of Studio Ghibli sources and then having like Onegai Teacher mixed in where most of the animes have a specific style then you have this one that is so radically different from the rest.... this almost never looks right...
visually its always best to try to mix like style sources however the exception is if all of the sources are different,
but if you have one dominant style it can make the one source with other style look really mismatched
