Can you be more specific? What are you meaning with Top 1 and 2? If you want blonde girls there's a lot in anime, but if you want yuri you can use Himeko from Kannazuki no Miko, she's in love with Chikane.

well, there are tons of blond girls in anime, as far as ones involved in romance you could try eri from school rumble, she's not the main one but is in a lot of eps and has a sorta...i guess romantic relationship with harima in later eps

could also try tina from ai yori aoshi

meh, kinda hard to think of any more main character blonds with romantic relationships

There's one idea. Anyway, by Top 1 and 2, I meant the two main characters where one character is male and the other is female, and they're the main main characters. The song I want to use is about a blonde girl that the person singing the song is in love with and wants to marry.

If you edit it well, you can use Alucard and Seras Victoria or Integra from Hellsing. Have anyone who's never seen the series believe he's in love with either one them.

Or reverse the roles and make it look like Meryl Strife is singing to Vash (Trigun).

on topic: Excel Saga has an episode where she's got a lesbian robot loving all over her obsessively, could use that though there's probably a lack of footage for a whole video.
