So... this is maybe a strange task, but... I need animes where one of the main characters is transvestite... a man with woman's clothes, he must be quite funny and do funny movements and grimases... Do you know animes with that kind of dude

PrincessPrincess is all about cross-dressing, but they are a little to good at it, and so it's not really obvious that they're guys. Seiki, from Doki Doki School Hours would fit the bill. There's also episode 7 of Green Green, if you want really BAD cross-dressing. (Its only the one episode, though. But Bacchi-Gu, the fat guy, will sometimes run around in a bra.) Other 1 episode occurrences include Episode 17 of Slayers, episode 7 of Gravitation, Episode 11 of Vandread. . . That's all I can think of right now.

There is the episode of Slayers where blonde dude crossdresses
Ayame from Fruits Basket...

Ranma from Ranma 1/2 turns into a girl when he is splashed with cold water...

Okay what I recall...

-The Fushigi Yugi guys crossdress to go to a hotspring
-Hostclub crossdress to compete with Zuka club
-Mr 2/Bon Clay in one Piece (alabaster arc/8th movie)....there is also an episode where Foxy dresses up like Porche in the Davy back arc that is amusing
-Didn't that guy in slayers dress in drag for an ep?
-Samuari Champloo has gin crossdressing at one point to save fu
-Samurai 7 has a few characters dress in drag as a disguise and flirt in a middle episode
-Magic Users club has Takeo forced into drag 2x (once at the mayama party and once when shrunk)
-In one of the first episode of E's Otherwise the main guy crossdresses to go under cover for a party (a little too well maybe for your purposes).
-Genshiken, I know in the Manga Kosaka crossplays while working at the genshiken booth
-Gravitation, Suichi dresses up as a school girl to go on a date with eri

-Tokyo Godfathers has a main character in drag the entire time and they go to a drag bar at one point too and see more.
-Speed grapher also has a dragbar scene with lots of crossdressing.
