Please help me find this adorable video

Hello everyone,
a few weeks ago I found a video on KaZaA, with footage from Kiki's Delivery Service set to the song "Every Little Thing She Does is Magic" by The Police (or Sting?). I only got about ten seconds of it, the other user might be on a too slow connection or something...

Anyway, it seems I won't get the rest of the vid via KaZaA. I've searched this site too, and the /rest of the/ Internet, but I can't find it. And I really, really want it... =)

Does anyone here know anything at all about this video (preferrably including if/where I can download it)? I'll be very happy for any information.

I heard that video was done by C-ko, but I don't think he's listed on the site. Sorry I can't be more of a help. I know he has a website, though.

More specifically, his name is Bobby "C-Ko" Beaver. And Fungie is right, this video isn't entered on the site.

I think this is "On Your Mark" and Studio Ghibli made it

No, he's referring to a video made in 1994. It won Otakon's very first anime music video contest:

The video was to the anime 'Kiki's Delivery Service' using the song by the Police "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic".

It does exist, I've seen it before.
