Definitely should be required reading. Too many people are far too nice about saying it (especially in fan fiction, AMVs, cosplay, ... etc) that they make the average Joe look like a total asshole for reacting the way a normal person with taste should act.

actually i find that most people HERE seem to take con crit a lot better than other vidding communities O.o

Yeah, most of the people i see around here, take it pretty well compared to other places.
The only time there really is a problem is when a person is just being rude or they come off as rude to someone.

Ya I kinda met more of youtube. Hopefully it isnt as bad here, which most people can seem to take it.

Agreed. The key word here is "constructive".
