Need suggestions. Xenosaga fans

I'm making a video for the Xenosaga PS2 series, using Delirium Trigger by Coheed and Cambria. I have a pretty good idea of what I want to do, but I was wondering if you guys could help me decide something
I want the song to focus on both Shion and Jr., and theres plenty of lyrics to fit both... but the problem is, the song doesnt really have a good splitting point (no real chorus or verses). I thought about starting off with shion and going to Jr durring the instramental interlude... but thats 3/4th of the way through the song, and I've got more footage and matching lyrics for Jr, but the first few lines of the song are tailored to some scenes of Shion... it's getting confusing as to where I should splice.
Or, maybe I should just have both mixed in there, but I'm affraid that will make the video seem jumbled and look as if it didnt have any sort of theme (the ones they love wanting them to see them as Gods: Kevin and Albedo)
