Need song suggestion for Darker than Black

I've been making music videos for quite some time, but this one has me stumped. I'm looking for music that would set that kind of dystopian, George Orwell feel. Something dark and mysterious. I think that would match the anime really well, but i've practically ran out of ideas. Any suggestions would be nice.

My first instinct would point you in the direction of a band like Tool.
