need suggestions on car footage....

Hmm... the clip is very quiet. I might suggest scenes from epiosde 102 of Sailor Moon. At the start of the episode, there's a lot of shots of the girls looking serious as they drive in a car at night.

Also, in episode 178 (directly before the commercial break) there's a few similar scences with different characters.

Of course, there are other animes that focus more on a lot more on driving than Sailor Moon ever does, but I'm not as familiar with them to give exact scences.
