Katsucon 13 AMV Contest Winner's Intro Movie

Does anyone know where I can find the introduction movie that was played at Katsucon 13? It was the one where Cowboy Beebop's Ed hacked an AMV artists's movie and put in a bunch of cosplaying rats (Pikachu).
