Its against the rules to ask for places to get clips from episodes
All i can tell you is on the DVDs

Uranus shows up in Sailor Moon S, the S and SuperS movies (though I'm fairly sure she doesn't transform in the SuperS one), and Stars. Good luck finding DVDs of that last one.

I used to have a gif of it somewhere, but it's so small I doubt it could be used *clearly* in a video.
