Slayers TV has some scenes of characters hungry
Ranma 1/2 also has some scenes like that.
I can only tell you episodes that have the scenes cause
Its against the rules to ask people for clips from episodes

Im not sure but Muteki Kanban Musume might have scenes like that since it takes place around a restaurant

One Piece - Luffy gets hungry a lot.
Trouble Chocolate - Cacao and Almond have a number of eating scenes and I believe also hungry scenes.
