Looking for an Eva vid.

Just re-discovered it yesterday on my pc and watched it again, it was an okay video (not the best, but not bad either), and noticed that there wasn't an author included.

Offcourse, this site was the first place where I went to check it out, but unfortunately it didn't come up with the amv i was looking for. Google didn't do much either, since the AMV's title was End of Evangelion.

As for now, these are the facts.
It's an Eva video using EoE material to the song 'Send me an Angel' by the scorpions. It's title is, in case your mind needs refreshing, End of Evangelion.

Anyone know of this AMV and who it's author is?

Update: It says MDA in the end. Anyone know of him?
